Tilt adjustable welding turning roll description:
- Robust & strong rigidity holding rack to ensure it stable holding the job without deformation in long term using life.
- Capacity ranging from 10 tons to 200 ton capacity, higher models are custom built upon request.
- Both drive & idle welding turning roll are fixed on the same rack moving along with it.
- The power unit is driven by two sets of heavy duty AC motor, which ensure constant speed with outer balance load of 15%.
- The heavy duty rollers are designed to 90 durable hardness with high stress PU cushion mounts to absorb shock loads and prevent gear box damage.
- The operation is with a remote control panel or a operator pendant with interlocking reversing systems.
